The Founding Team
Canibuild is created by people who’ve lived the builder’s journey. Founder Timothy Cocaro blends hands-on trade experience with a background in computer science, while co-founders Deepankur “Dee” Malhotra, Stella Cocaro, and Shuvajeet “Nag” Nag each bring years of construction knowledge. Their shared understanding of the industry’s day-to-day realities shapes everything Canibuild delivers.
