Getting Started
Your website is often the first place homeowners explore when they’re dreaming about their new build. They browse designs, compare options, and imagine possibilities. But unless they share their details, you never know who’s visiting or how interested they really are.
That’s why we’ve added a powerful new feature to LeadConverter: Free Designs Limit.
What’s New
You can now set a limit on how many home designs a visitor can view for free before being asked to log in.
Here’s how it works:
You choose the number of free views – 0, 1, 2, or unlimited.
After that, a login prompt appears – visitors must log in to see more designs.
Every login = a new lead – giving you a direct opportunity to follow up.
It’s flexible, easy to set up, and designed to help you strike the right balance between showcasing your designs and capturing serious prospects.
Why This Matters to You
More Leads, Less Effort. Each login is automatically captured as a lead, so your website works harder for you.
Flexible Marketing Strategy. Whether you want to keep designs fully open, allow a “try before login” experience, or capture details upfront, you’re in control.
Better Customer Experience. Prospects get a smooth, natural journey: browse a few designs, then sign in when they’re more engaged and ready to share their details.
Example in Action
A visitor comes to your site and views one or two designs.
They’re intrigued, so when the login prompt appears, they’re willing to enter their details.
You now know who they are — and have the chance to guide them toward their new home.
