Sales Development Representative (SDR) | SaaS

 

Canibuild is looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. As a full-cycle SDR, you will need to develop an understanding of the construction industry and the canibuild product

The Position

 

Canibuild is looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. As a full-cycle SDR, you will need to develop an understanding of the construction industry and the cainbuild product

 

What you will do

 

Comfortable making cold outreach by email, phone and linkedin, You’ll be doing this hundreds of times a week so you can’t be scared of ot!
Setup\Conduct quality virtual software demonstration via Zoom.
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business.
Follow-up with previous contacts (nuturing leads)
Maintain outreach platform

 

What you have

 

Confident, Optimistic & Positive
Technologically competent, with great general skills
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
‘Hunter’ mentally in seeking out new business
The ability to form strong business relationships
High volume outbound cold-calling experience
Research Experience (identify and prospect for new customers)
Proficiency with social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, IG)
Previous Experience in SaaS, especially software sales is a plus
Construction industry experience is a plus
A university degree or relevant tertiary qualification is prefered

 

Compensation

 

The SDR role will be compensated with base + uncapped commission structure, OTE($90,000+).
