SaaS Account Executive | USA

The Account Executive will demonstrate our software application to SMB, (Small to Medium Businesses), and Enterprise (Large Businesses) and close the sale!! The AE will consistently close at or above the company set close ratio (KPI) and follow up on every demonstration completed that didn’t close at demo stage and close the sale post demo. The Position

The Account Executive will demonstrate our software application to SMB, (Small to Medium Businesses), and Enterprise (Large Businesses) and close the sale!! What you will do

  • Deliver product demonstrations to identified customers.
  • Give every customer a world class customer experience.
  • Close the sale and sign clients up onto our platform.
  • Effectively train customers on our software application.
  • Maintain all pertinent customer information and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Gather client requirements and understand their needs, wants, and concerns.
  • Effectively communicate how/why Canibuild is the best solution to their specific needs.

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • MUST have a can do, will do, whatever it takes, team attitude.
  • MUST be tech savvy. MUST be highly efficient using software applications.
  • MUST be an effective closer and hungry to close.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in presenting or demonstrating products or services and closing the sale. (If you don’t have this experience), sell us on why we should still consider you.
  • Must have the business acumen to communicate with a wide variety of stake holders, from owners of SMBs to executives of large enterprise corporations.

What you will do

  • Contact and engage with advocates, influencers, and decision makers
  • Consistently meet or exceed prospect contact and engagement KPIs volume
  • Consistently meet or exceed DEMOs booked and subscription obtained KPIs
  • Maintain all pertinent information in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Effectively manage the DEMO-Subscription sales funnel

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • MUST have a positive attitude.
  • MUST have a can do, will do, whatever it takes, team attitude
  • MUST be willing to make-send the volume of calls and emails necessary to succeed
  • MUST be an effective closer and hungry to close.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in contacting and engaging with stake holders from the gatekeeper to the CEO. (If you don’t have this experience), sell us on why we should still consider you.

  • Understand the application, be analytical and have a logical ability to understand the internal workflow of the customer and help them exploit our software
  • Help our customers get full value of the application, and in turn reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular health check’ on our customers and their use of canibuild
  • Proactively help our customers get better at using the application and in turn, reaching its full potential.
  • Proactively identify and close cross/up-sell opportunities
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

The Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting product training for new and existing customers and other relevant stakeholders.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting product training for new and existing customers and other relevant stakeholders.

 

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate product training activities for all stakeholders
  • Conduct intensive technical training sessions in virtual and group-based delivery
  • Employ diversified training methods to best ensure that customers fully utilize the application
  • Manage and work with stakeholders to achieve training goals
  • Maintain and encourage regular communication post-training

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years work experience in conducting training programs
  • Demonstrated understanding and appropriate acumen in the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized, prioritize and maintain calendars

3D Developer | Sydney – AU

The 3D Developer is responsible for creating interactive 3D map-based GIS applications for the canibuild app.

The Position

The 3D Developer is responsible for creating interactive 3D map-based GIS applications for the canibuild app.

 

What you will do

  • Use technologies such as Cesium, Mapbox, Leaflet.js, PostGIS, Geoserver, QGIS to build interactive 3D web interfaces integrated with a React-based frontend
  • Creating, handle, and host 3D TileSets, Terrain tile like HeightMaps and (quantized-mesh)
  • Research innovative solutions for original construction and architectural issues

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Some familiarity with cartesian System and other 3D Libraries like Three.js and Babylon.js
  • Knowledge of Spatial databases, design, development, maintenance and administration
  • Experience with modern javascript frameworks such as React & Express

  • Have an eye for design/UX.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React/Express/TypeScript
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and enhance canibuild applications, tools, and web services
  • Engage with the development team and other stakeholders

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of commercial Full Stack Development experience, using React/Express/Typescript
  • Solid experience with JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive application design
  • Experience in cross-browser, cross-platform, cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Has the ability to rapidly prototype web applications to showcase new concepts and ideas
  • Suggest new technologies and approaches
  • Estimate the duration and level of effort of development tasks
